高知県・中土佐町久礼にある「中里自然農園」。

周囲を海・山・川に囲まれた自然豊かなこの土地で
一切農薬・化学肥料を使用せず、露地栽培により、丁寧に野菜を作っています。

農園を立ち上げてから約１０年、今は夫婦（神奈川県・兵庫県出身）で農園を営んでいます。

幼少期にここ高知県で触れた大自然の中で作物を育てるという経験が忘れられず、農業を独学で習得し今に至ります。

年間約５０種類のお野菜の栽培や土佐ジローの平飼い、日本ミツバチの養蜂をするなど自然に寄り添い、自然と共に、毎日を楽しく過ごしております。

南国土佐の太陽の下、自然の恩恵をいっぱいに受け、丁寧に育てたお野菜を多くの方に食べていただきたい、という思いで、ショップを作りました。

微生物を育て、土作りをし、種をまき、数ヶ月手塩にかけて育てたものを収穫する。
すごくシンプルなことですが、収穫後のその先には、数え切れない物語があると思います。

お野菜が誰かの手に渡りそれぞれの人によって何万通りものお料理に変化し、食卓にのぼる。
それを美味しく頬張る人がいる。

それぞれの物語を想像するだけで、楽しくて嬉しくて仕方ありません。
「食べる」という当たり前の日常が少しでも豊かなものになりますように。



Nakazato Nature Farm is located in the town of Nakatosa in Kochi, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and the Pacific Ocean.

We produce about 50 different kinds of vegetables throughout the year without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We also produce small amounts of additional things such as cage-free chicken eggs and honey from Japanese honey bees.

Bright sunshine and fresh breeze from the Pacific Ocean make our vegetables so tasty and nutritious.

We nurture the soil, seed plants, and harvest them after months of tendering. It is a simple thing, but we believe it leads to many different stories. Someone far away receives our vegetables, makes many different wonderful dishes, and enjoys eating them.

Everyday, we enjoy farming imagining such stories and happy faces, hoping that the simple thing "eating" makes our lives a little bit richer.
